We build from research, not assumptions.
Nitronsoft started with a simple observation: most agencies hand a brand a website and move on to the next client. We wanted to build things that keep working after launch — which meant understanding what merchants actually struggle with, not just what they ask for.
That's why we don't only build client sites. We build our own products. Every one of our Shopify apps — OTPfy, Banify, Revenue Leak Detector — started as a pattern we kept seeing across stores: fake orders slipping through checkout, bot traffic draining bandwidth, discounts quietly eating margin nobody was tracking. We researched the problem, built the app, shipped it to the Shopify App Store, and supported real merchants using it. That loop — research, build, ship, support — is now how we approach every client engagement too.
It also means we understand Shopify from both sides of the counter: as developers who've been through App Store review, billing, and support tickets, and as partners who design storefronts, run marketing, and build brand identities. When a client comes to us, we're not guessing at what a "good" Shopify app or a "good" storefront looks like — we've built and maintained both.
How we work
Research before we build
We start every engagement — client or product — by mapping what the workflow actually needs, not what looks good in a proposal.
We ship and maintain
We don't hand off and disappear. We run live App Store apps ourselves, so we know what support after launch really involves.
Built for scale
From storefront themes to Functions extensions, we build architecture that holds up under real traffic, not just demos.
